Shipping Policies
Recent Updates:
- As of December 2024, Free Shipping is only available with use of specific codes (promotional and approved ambassador codes). Promotional codes will be shared periodically on our social media.
- Due to the CanadaPost strike, UPS is experiencing a surge in demand and has paused accepting ground packages for the week of December 4-9th. If your package is to be shipped via UPS it will be delayed. Please note these delays are beyond our control. We will make every effort to ship via alternate couriers, when and where possible.
- UPS may also pause accepting packages intermittently if demand continues to exceed their capabilities.
Standard Policies:
- We currently only ship within Canada and the United States (select brands are available for US, please get in touch with us for details).
- We ship out from Calgary, Alberta.
- Shipping is a Flat Rate and starts at $24.95 based on destination. (up to 10 business days via regular service depending on receiving location). Additional charges will apply for Express services.
- Tracking is included on every order
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
- Once the item leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for this package, delays and problems must be handled with the applicable carrier.
Local Delivery: when available orders will be delivered the same business day depending on: time received, time to fill order & drivers available. If not the same day, orders will be delivered the next business day. Contact us at any time if you’d like to confirm.
